Jones provided a great experience. I have relocated to Taiwan and wanted to learn more about the history of Taiwan. I learned so much about the complex history of Taiwan, for which Jones is a true scholar. It was great to see the largest memorial in Taiwan and I was lucky that he was able to get us into the Taipei Guest House, former residence of the Japanese Governor. The farmers market was also a fascinating sight!

We arrived a bit early and June was waiting for us. She started with
the Longshan Temple and explained what was going on, the local
religions and worship, very interesting. We moved on to the
traditional medicine area and tried some teas. We also had a look at
the preserved old shops. June was cheerful and pleasant and
knowledgeable. She ordered some local buns for us to finish with which
were delicious. Family of five from Australia.

June was so, so friendly. We are very grateful for all her help.
It was a great experience. She told us things about the locals, which
we could not have known otherwise. She was flexible and addapted the
tour according to our needs.

Even before I arrived in Taipei, my guide established contact. So I was surprised that she did not make it clear in advance that I was to meet her at a different place than specified by my reservation. When we did finally get together, she expressed doubt that we would be able to complete the tour in the time remaining. So we started on a down note. We went to 2 famous sites and walked through a day market, but I did not feel I got a view of any "hidden gems."

As a solo traveler, my experience was an exceptional one with a highly
knowledgeable guide such as Jane. Engaging, pleasant, attentive, she
answered just about all my queries on the unique religious culture and
(especially) foods of Taipei. She made it such a personable
experience! I could not have asked for a better guide anywhere! Many
kudos, Jane!!!

We are very pleased with our tour guide Jessica. She has been very flexible with the schedule, as I have two very inquisitive kids. Jessica is very well versed in the history and customs of Taiwan and has made the tour very enjoyable.

June is a knowledgeable and delightful tour guide with excellent English!! She expertly shared her beautiful city and culture with me. I saw so much more at each stop, better understood what I was seeing and what it meant with her guidance and explanations. I truly enjoyed my morning with June and would recommend her as a guide!!!

June is an outstanding guide. She is smart, very knowledgeable, has a
wonderful energy and sense of humor. She explained so much in a short
amount of time, about the Buddhist/Dao temple, the neighborhood and
its history, and how Taipei deals with social problems. Our two hours
together flew by and I am only sorry that we didn't have more time
together.

Very knowledgeable about many aspects of Taiwan such as history,
customs, and religion. She made our tour very interesting, and gave us
the opportunity to partake in the activities of the local people. I
would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys experiencing the

I was hoping someone could pick us up from airport show us around Taipei and drop us back at airport.
