根據我上一次入住喜來登的體驗來看,我覺得他們對公共區域的管理成都大於房間內部的設施管理。他們的標準不如從前了。儘管我住的是一個高級套房但是你仍然感受不到應有的舒適和愜意,每樣東西都看起來有些破舊。但是還算乾淨但是設施很好。早餐很不錯。

One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service, and I am very sorry to hear you didn’t feel that way upon your arrival. I have personally checked your reservation and understood that we provided you a complimentary early check in and also an upgrade to one of our executive rooms, the best category available. We have also granted complimentary access to the two lounges in the hotel, where you can enjoy free drinks all day plus a happy hour during the evenings. I hope you understand this was an appreciation gesture from Sheraton São Paulo WTC for your loyalty as a gold member, since as per Starwood program, these services are actually offered as a courtesy for platinum members only.
Regarding the breakfast, your reservation was indeed made without this service. I trust Starwood has already explained you that and for the misunderstanding I ask you to please accept our apologies.

雖然,從某些方面來說,這可能是一家典型的喜來登,但在其他方面也有獨特之處。房間很舒適,價格可以接受。商業位置很棒。但是,你可以穿過Berrini前往許多很棒的餐館和酒吧。在酒店裡,服務也很周到。L'Atelier 餐廳很棒,酒吧很出彩,兩位調酒師都是頂級的,非常周到,飲料很有創意。我希望吧台邊可以有些桌子可以坐在旁邊。大堂餐廳服務真的很好,唯一不足的就是健身房,太小太狹窄了。但是,這不影響這是一次很棒的體驗。

裝修的酒店位置優越,位於聖保羅。 設計樓層設有寬敞的客房,布置精美。 酒店餐廳享用美味的午餐自助餐,還可以直接進入美食廣場,從快餐到美味的餐廳都有各種各樣的用餐選擇。唯一的缺點是網絡很慢,即使是高級選項。
