這家旅館為孩子們提供了優質的服務,這給我留下了深刻的印象。兩個孩子的床上都放着小禮物和兒童枕頭,讓他們在新的環境中感到舒適。他們也都有自己的毛巾和洗漱用品,這一點很感動。我也很喜歡所有備下的Rituals牌的洗漱用品!唯一缺少的是護髮素。在漫長的一天外出后,回來看見留在房間里的甜食真的很開心,也很享受。酒店距離Lotto地鐵站僅幾分鐘路程,去所有中心景點也很近。總的來說,這是一次很棒的經歷。謝謝你們!

很好的大酒店,房間很舒服,還有大理石浴室……意大利傳統吧。有一點要注意的是遊客特別多(大巴車);特別是亞洲來的遊客。
接待體驗:要分員工。入住的時候是一位很專業的、笑容滿面的男生,很棒。退房時碰到了一位女生:都沒看我一眼——完全缺乏專業素養。
早餐:品種豐富,不過我建議用鮮榨果汁來代替速溶橙汁……這應該是對5星級酒店的最基本要求……

Let me reassure you that, on the same day you reported this issue, we shared it with the Hotel Management and with the Housekeeping Department.
We are quite disappointment, also, to read your comment about our Front Desk Team, since all our Team is trained to kindly warm our Guests and assist them with professionalism and personalized service in order to satisfy their needs and solve any problem that may occur.
Concerning our location, it is a pity that our Hotel Location was not up to your expectations. We are only a few meters far from subway stop with two subway lines and it is very easy to get to the most interesting areas of the City.
We would be grateful if you would reconsider and give us one more opportunity.
