We are extremely sorry to hear that we could not meet your expectations in regards to the pool experience. This year we have expanded our area of hammocks and umbrellas, we feel that despite performing controls of no reserve hammocks have felt saturated in the hours of greatest influx. For a next occasion you can contact Guest Experience Manager and we will be happy to assist you and meet your needs as soon as possible.

On the other hand, we regret your disappointment with our breakfast buffet as we strive to ensure a wide array of options for both guests with sweet tooth and those looking for healthy options to kickstart the day; therefore, we always ensure a variety of hot and cold, sweet and salty options as well as fresh fruits, different kinds of cereals and yogurts.

We also take note of your comments in regards to the entertainment team and we will make sure they are reviewed and discussed with the head of enteratiment for information and improvement.

We have also taken into consideration your comment on the pricing of our parking and regret your disappointment since we always strive to guarantee the best value for our guests, the prices have been studied in line with those of other 5 star hotels in the area, bearing in mind our location in the city.
