Please allow me to apologise that you had a disappointing stay. as you may know we are in a process of refurbishing our bedrooms, this includes the corridors too, and have introduced the first set of Premier Rooms in our Almoners Townhouse,
These rooms are beautifully appointed, have full soundproofing with better acoustics, well lit, more space and great colour schemes, which I am certain you will be delighted with upon your next visit, where myself and my team hope to cultivate a more magical experience for you.
