位於蒙特利爾市中心,鄰近老城區,老港口,也近中国城,非常適合徒步旅遊,飯店內設施维修非常好,房間乾净,算是很不錯旅館,唯一缺點停車區雖同一大厦,離大廳有一段距離,飯店停車區位於地下第九層至十二層,先搭電梯至P1/P2,再轉另一電梯至大廳,走至服務櫃檯,再轉另外電梯至自已房間樓履,如不覺得麻煩,就自已停車,不過還是建議採代客停車,不然容易迷失方向。

這家旅館位於蒙特利爾老城區的一座歷史建築內。它的內部得到了很好的維護和更新。我唯一的不滿就是早餐服務員太粗魯了。除此之外,是一家很棒的酒店,我還會再入住的。

由於航空公司出現了机械故障,我前一個晚上不能來酒店住宿了。當我得知航空公司那天晚上不能飛往蒙特利爾時,我就給酒店打了電話而且向他們解釋了我的突發情況。我那時堅信酒店會正確處理這件事。但是當我辦理完入住手續后,經理拒絕退還我前一晚的住宿費。這件事本來可以順利解決的。但經理拒絕接受我沒能入住的理由。我很難過。我一直是洲際酒店的忠實客戶。在我得到滿意的答覆之前,我不會來洲際酒店入住的。
