我在来这之前就应该知道这是一家牛排/烤肉餐厅。因为饮食原因，我们只能吃海鲜，开胃海鲜烹饪的很不错。然而，鳟鱼和鳕鱼的这道主菜定价太高，食而无味。不得不让每片鱼肉都放到龙虾汤里拌一拌，让它变得可口一点。每道菜分别花了78美元和68美元，并且鱼的尺寸大概有4厘米的一个立方体那么大。既没价值又没味道。因为我在预定的时候说了这是我老婆的生日，所以附加了一个插着蜡烛的小巧克力蛋糕。

I am sorry to read about your disappointing experience.
Although Skirt features amazing meat, we pride ourselves with our selection of seafood. I am very surprised that the 200 gram fillets of our airflown Toothfish and Rainbow Trout did not meet your expectations. We usually receive great comments about these dishes. We only buy sustainably farmed/caught seafood directly from small producers in Patagonia and Norway.
I hope that you visit us again and we can showcase to you what Skirt is all about.

唯一能拯救这条评论的就是意大利员工——Paolo先生，因为他的服务和推荐。餐馆本身应当是最好的牛排店，但是自从开业之后，就丢失了关注的重心。这里有多重肉类和海鲜。可以带小孩子来。有点失望。

我们一行三人一起来了这家餐厅，我们点了几道菜，没有点酒和前菜，一共花了近500新币，非常贵。我们点了神户牛肉，味道不错，但是也不是非常美味，只能说比大部分的牛肉要好吃些。配菜也一般，早知道我就点一份芝士通心粉了。餐厅的装潢也很不错，服务质量也一流。我对这家餐厅的期望值很高，但是来了之后觉得这里性价比不高，同样的价格可以吃到更好的东西。

我的生日晚餐就在Skirt餐厅吃，食物超级好。佛卡夏面包，还有浸了橄榄油的西班牙热香肠，还有洋蓟面包也很好。开胃菜是何塞里托黑毛猪火腿，这个配酸面包非常好吃。海鲜大盘，有蟹柳蛋糕，大虾，贻贝，金枪鱼色拉，非常好吃。眼脊黑肉烤得很好，这就是我们想要的。牛排的味道很棒，根本就不需要再加什么酱了。石斑鱼，檬鲽，洋枪鱼非常新鲜多汁。佐菜还有油煎杂菇，酸菜沙拉，烤小萝卜，土豆泥和猫耳朵面和芝士，不菲拉酱，都很棒。我的生日蛋糕是岩溶蛋糕，带有酸奶冰淇淋。谢谢厨师Rafael和所有的厨师，还Skirt餐厅的员工。你们的食物和服务都很棒。

我和女朋友一起来这吃晚饭庆祝我的生日。我点了一份三分熟的牛排，其中有一块肉都熟透了。经理把牛排拿回了厨房，我重新拿到的牛排外面看起来有一点点烧焦了，但是里面还是生的。真是够了，真的是没吃完就想走了。我女朋友吃的是齿鱼搭配龙虾酱。齿鱼也有一点烧焦了，龙虾酱的味道也不怎么样。虽然餐厅特别友好地为我准备了一个生日蛋糕，不过我们两个对这样的价格却是这样的食物有些失望。

预定的是8点30，然而直到晚上9点还没有入座。如果在当晚余下的时间里服务达到标准的话这将很容易被忽略。点菜等了几乎一个小时。服务员会过来做一件事然后消失15分钟！我之前在这种水准的餐厅从未经历过如此缓慢的服务。额外点了一些薯条作为配菜，因为服务员描述分量比较小，然后我又另外询问了两个服务员去检查因为我们点的单被忘记了。最后在我们吃完我们的食物30分钟后它们才被端来。去圣淘沙的路上不要困扰，在新加坡有很多更好的牛排餐厅。花钱去Cut或者Equinox、Prime Society这些餐馆吧。这家餐馆Skirt 并不值得。

在此想与大家分享一下，我和我的太太在这家餐厅所享受到的非常出色和无可挑剔的服务。这里的一流服务态度让我很欣赏，也很称赞，每次我们在SKIRT用餐的时候，Paolo和他的团队（Roxanne, Norhanis, Rishaban, 等等）服务都很周到，很贴心。每次来都能品尝到非常出色与美味的牛排（对主厨表示高度认可），此外，是Paolo以及他的团队如此用心与细致的服务，让我们每当非常想吃牛排和鹅肝的时候，都会回来光顾，因为在这里感到十分满足。

在这家饭店吃饭的体验不怎么好——一般吧。餐前菜根本就不能吃——非常甜。相对于SG的其他地方的价格,这里的牛排一般般。价钱在200美元每瓶之下的就大部分都卖光了。这让我提议到酒吧区买一瓶。我觉得我们不会再来这里了。

周末订了一个6人位置的桌子,员工却打电话通知说可能我的订单要慢一些,因为有一个很大的团在用晚餐。提前打电话通知我倒是挺不错的。
当我到达的时候,他们把我带到明显只能容纳4个人的桌位的时候我感到很失望。我要求换桌子,员工最终同意了,但耽搁不少时间,而且服务员非常不情愿。让我震惊的是餐厅里烟雾缭绕,感觉我用餐期间一直有非常刺鼻的气味环绕不去。如果你在这里吃饭,做好准备回家像是从烧烤炉子走出来一样。或者你也可以选择在外面用餐,对我来说这是更好的主意。
开胃菜我点了烤大虾,烤鱿鱼:大虾很好吃,不过价格很贵,大概三只全虾35+/ -美元(或6只半虾,非常适合我们六个人用餐);鱿鱼大概15+/ -美元,有点让人失望,因为它浸在酸味的酱里,它被鲜嫩多汁的烤鱿鱼打败。
至于主菜,我点了两道美国安格斯肋眼牛排(350克),65美元,8片羊排为$117±/ -两个人一起吃,2个裙子牛排三明治,一些松露米饭加及边菜,如藏红花土豆泥和凯撒沙拉。
尽管在我来看来肋眼牛排非常贵,但却烹饪的近乎完美,肉几乎是融化在你的嘴里,非常嫩。然而,他们上的红酒和骨髓酱很一般,并且对肉的口味没什么改进,只是衬托了它的烟熏,在我看来反而适得其反。
羊排也很嫩,不过个人觉得“羊肉”味道有点太强。裙子牛排三明治可能是整个晚上最棒的菜,因为肉非常软,很值45+/ -美元,非常实惠。不要被名字弄晕,实际上它不是传统的牛排塞在三明治面包里,而是现代的感觉(没有面包,也没有薯条/边菜)。红花土豆泥10美元,相当的贵,但6个人分够了(尽管每人只能吃上一小团)。
凯撒沙拉挺令人失望的,调料吃完在舌头上有鱼腥味,即便喝了一些水也是如此。实际上回味起来让我想起了牡蛎,尽管我很喜欢吃牡蛎,我可不认为沙拉应该这样。当我跟服务员说这件事情的时候,他过来说这是沙拉新的口味,主厨用白色凤尾鱼而不是调料等等……说实话听上去好像有点自命不凡的吹嘘,我这辈子吃过不知道多少凯撒沙拉了。值得庆幸的是服务员有意识的把沙拉改为了更好吃的香草沙拉。不好的是,香草沙拉的调料有点过头,因此特别酸,不过我不愿意再换了,只是很高兴它吃起来不再像是牡蛎了。
总体而言,牛排和烧烤项目是Skirt餐厅的招牌(烤鱿鱼除外),它也是最亮眼的。这里的服务顶多算是一般,可能要跟旁边的连锁餐厅Swensens差不多。人们总是期待在这样高档的餐厅应该享受到更好的礼遇,并不能说他们的服务不好,只是不算足够好。
至于性价比,裙牛排三明治也许是最“物有所值的”,因为用最实惠的价格已经尝过类似安格斯肋眼牛排。我个人不推荐这个地方作为浪漫晚餐之地,因为烟熏的空气会破坏所有气氛,不过这是我个人的意见。真心希望这里可以通风再好些,这个区域都烟雾缭绕的。烟雾缭绕对于室外烧烤还行,室内就不适合了。

Thank you for taking the time to write your review I am very disappointed that you didn’t have a true SKIRT experience,
myself and the restaurant manager will investigate the issues of ventilation and changing tables,
normally a request like this is not a problem for our staff. I have never received a complaint about this in the past, our talents (staffs)
are well trained and it is unacceptable if this was a problem for them.
I’m glad you enjoy the prawns, rib eye and steak sandwich
as for the squid ,lamb and Caesar salad I will go through with my team,
to insure our usual high standards are met.
Once again I am truly sorry for your experience.

终于,我们来到了我们家附近的这个地方,我们对此留下了非常深刻的印象。这里肉的质量很硬,当然你可以花时间去了解不同的削减和老化的方式。这里的服务很不错,很专业-他们没有怨言。很高兴能看在新加坡的地图上看到裙子餐厅,这里是去莫顿的一个不错的替代地点,这里还提供好质量的服务,但感觉这里比裙子餐厅更加的商业化。
