Triaero: Thank you for your comments; Yes, you are right. The National is a huge facility geared 100% toward meetings and training events. If that was not communicated to you in your materials, we do understand how you would be confused when you arrived. We are not a hotel and we know it can be difficult to find your way around. We have “ambassadors” positioned throughout the facility to help our guests get where they need to be and we hope that makes the task of getting around much easier. We are even thinking about creating a custom app for guests, so they can get around by using their Smart Phones. Thanks again for taking time to give us your thoughts.

In your review, you mentioned our guest rooms and that you had difficulty navigating the property while visiting NCC. I am very sorry to hear that you had a difficult time finding your way during your stay at NCC. I would like to let you know that we are currently in the process of upgrading the signage at NCC. This improvement will make it easier to navigate throughout the property and should be completed by 2015. In your review, you also mentioned that you had some difficulty re-stocking toiletries and the dining facility at NCC. Additional toiletries are available at the front desk. The NCC bus service is also available to take guests to local malls and shopping centers. I would also like to let you know that we will be updating our dining facility later this year. Our European sized guest rooms are designed to focus on the training experience. Complimentary wired and wireless internet, coffee makers and many other amenities are offered in every room. NCC is committed to our food safety processes to ensure our guests always have the best products and service in the industry.
