Hello AlishiaNichole, We really appreciate your business. It was indeed our pleasure serving you during your stay at our property. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you had due to your necklace being missing. We thoroughly searched your missing item and could not locate it and I remember speaking with you after our search was over.There is no questionable history of this particular housekeeper in 5 years of her service at our property. As a matter of fact, this particular housekeeper had returned wallet, ring , phone and other items in the past which we always return it back to Guest. It is hard for us to accuse someone without any proof. I agree that you may have lost your necklace that had sentimental value for you, and we feel very sorry for your loss. It is possible that your item may have been accidentally fallen in waste basket near the bathroom counter which we do not know. If you do happen to find it that might have been packed accidentally with your other belongings, please let us know. Again I am sorry for your loss and pray that you find your necklace.
