Kelly, We wish to apologize for the issues you encountered. If we may, our Circus property has both a Midway and an Arcade and is more geared to families. Please know we make every effort to accommodate our guest’s requests and offer the best available rooms upon arrival. Although a room will be reserved and the room preference duly noted, as a general rule our rooms are not assigned until our guests physically check in at the hotel’s front desk.
