Hello LeiyaEsa, I believe I spoke with you that day. It is far from the truth that I was irritated. I was happy to add your guest name. Once I retrieved the reservation and saw it was booked under the Marriott Associate rate, I then had to notify you that we would not be able to check your guest in under the discounted rate, unless your guest had a discount form in their name. I offered to change the rate to a regular rate, so that your guest would be able to check in. Once you arrived, we would change the rate back when you presented the proper credentials. I tried to explain the policy for the Marriott discount. However, I was not the one that was rude. I am sorry you felt that way. We look forward to honoring your discounted rate during your stay. We provide clean and comfortable rooms.Though there are some larger suites available in other brands such as Residence Inn and Towneplace Suites, our one bedroom suite is the average size for a Courtyard hotel. Our new Bistro Bar offers a breakfast menu that is standard for the Courtyard brand. We have a variety of options to choose from that are priced competitively for our market, that will meet the needs of our guests. In addition, our hotel offers an extensive dinner menu where you can enjoy steak, salmon, and other items not served at other locations. We certainly look forward to having you stay with us again.
