I am also happy that Travis was able to take you downtown to see what Naperville has to offer. I also hope you had a chance to utilize some of the amenities we offer at the hotel. Dear Guest, Thank you for the positive comments on your recent stay with us. It is such a pleasure to hear how the staff went out of the way to make our guest stay enjoyable. I am sorry to hear how you did have some concerns about your experience in the restaurant during your stay. I also was glad to hear how engineering came up quickly to fix your ac unit but that it went out again during you check out.
