Dear Frank G., Thank you for your recent stay and for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed with your guest room. There is no excuse for a room that is not properly cleaned. I will share this review with our housekeeping supervisor, so that we will not disappoint future guests. We regularly review our linen and terry inventory, and cull out items that are worn out. Unfortunately, it is apparent that we missed some of them. I also apologize if we spoke about these issues and that I did not take action to correct them. If I have the opportunity to speak with a guest during their stay, I try to address the issues, take care of the guest and avoid an unpleasant stay and a negative review.
