We do have a limited amount of rollaways available on a first come first serve basis. I am glad the staff was able to find one that fits in the room for that night. Nonetheless, I sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. Dear Vinster7, I am glad the new design and layout from the recent renovation is to your liking. Thank you for sharing the secret to the park with our future guests and pointing out the little thing that's a quick fix. I wish I could say the same about the elevators. However, the damage from last month's power outage is beyond repair. We have signed a contract to modernize all guest elevators. The work will begin as soon as the parts arrive with target completion date being sometime in October. I am sorry for the longer waits during your stay. We are trying our best to make it as seamless as possible to our guests.
