We constantly strive to provide exceptional service and value to all our customers and on this occasion it seems we have let you down. We are sincerely sorry for not having the clean your room and ready at 2.00 p.m. the problems that your mentioned been brought to the attention of our management concern in particularly the Housekeeping and The Human resource department. In addition, we are currently on the process of the improvement of our services facilities including our wellness center and spa. While the lack of service you experienced is unusual and not the standard of our hotel, there is no excuse for the way you were treated on the part of any of our employees. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests, and are unfortunately, sometimes we do fail. Please accept our apologized for not meeting you expectations in terms of our services & facility provide including English knowledge of our staff that was inadequate and is required to train them more. Concerning to a young girl from the rental scooter provider company we was certainly bringing this matter to the attention of the company's owner about her attitude and behavior that was not acceptation and impolitely infront of the customers which need to reprimand and improve the service mind! It is with very much regretted to inform that due to the general public power was failure earlier, we are currently experiencing some technical issues with our telephone lines, we are working closely with our telephone provider to resolve these issues. and is being addressed as a priority which is expected that the normal service will be resumed very soon probably in the coming week.
