Dear Paulo, we are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at the Hotel Reina Isabel but every comment is important to us and helps us to improve our Hotel and our services. Let us inform you that when you reserved the Reina Isabel, you reserved a Standard room. In none of our publicities we advertise a standard room with Air Condition. The only rooms with a installed Air Condition are our Suites which have a slightly different price as our Standard Rooms. Our receptionist informed you about that and we are really sorry if there has been a misunderstanding. Every client is important to us and we do care about everyone of them. And yes, unfortunately we are located in the capital of Ecuador and unfortunately we count with lots of street noise. That is why at the very moment we are changing our windows for Anti-Noise Windows that our guests have a more pleasent stay and a delightful sleep. So maybe you can give us another chance to welcome you back and to show you that not everything is just "Trash". Kind regards, The Hotel Reina Isabel Team

Dear 747/400, the whole Front Desk Staff of the Reina Isabel likes to thank you for giving them such a great rating on Tripadvisor. Well, a special thanks comes from Carlos and Ricardo. There is nothing better starting your day as having been mentioned for giving a good service on Tripadvisor. Something every receptionist dreams of...so really, thank you so much! Also, we are glad to hear that you could enjoy your stay even more with the free upgrade and that you also enjoyed our breakfast.
