I personally apologize for the inconvenience caused to you upon your arrival as no welcome drink was served & luggage assistance was not offered. Kindly be informed that we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the design of our sauna. Further be informed that your comments regarding pool water, TV remote control & telephone has been notified to concerned managers to take necessary actions. As you mentioned most of Doha areas are going through infrastructure projects for the metro, but the construction work around our hotel is on it's final stage & will finish very soon, so our guests can access the area comfortably.
