It's great to hear you enjoyed our breakfast, it is a simple breakfast but is good value for money compared to the more elaborate selections and prices you might find in other hotels. We have taken the cover from the couch in your room and replaced then with new ones. Our Standard Apartments do not have heat pumps but the Deluxe and View Apartments do. Dear as asengineer, Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback. It is only through guests sharing their experience with us that we are able to improve upon our service. From your tripadvisor username I am unable to identify which room you stayed in but I will ask the Housekeeping team to check and report on the function of balcony doors so that we can identify any problems. I am not sure why there was a photo labelled indoor pool online. I have found this photo and changed the label to make it clear that it is an outdoor pool. I am not aware of the pool being out of service at any stage recently but the pool hours at limited to 9am to 9pm and we do need to close it temporarily for cleaning. I have only recently taken over as Manager at St Martins and certainly have a list of 'work-ons' particularly within the housekeeping department.
