Dear client, Thanks for your '' almost 100% '' positive review and it's great to read you have enjoyed our warm & friendly welcome and the Balmoral Wellness Center. I inform you a full renovation of bed and matress is planned before April 2016 to increase standard room satisfaction as superior rooms and junior suites has been done less than one year ago.
