I am very sorry that you had to wait to check in, after my findings both reception staff were assisting others guests at the time and the one who checked you in was only missing from the desk around 6 minutes, again I apologies that this was the case. I am sorry to hear that you also had issues with the TV and Wi-Fi. We operate 24 h concierge service and they are here to assist our guests with their requests, if you would have asked them to check the TV and router for you they would have been more that happy to help. We always recommend that if you have an issue during your stay to address it whilst still in house so we can look into it immediately, otherwise there is not that much that we can do after you have departed. Dear PAD- Germany, We have investigated all communications with yourself and our team. When you spoke with our assistant reservation manager on the phone, she quoted the rate of 3 nights in September to you as enquired. You mentioned you have seen a cheaper rate online, so we kindly asked to send us a screen shot of the offer, so we can check this with our online team. She replied to the original email and explained that you had been looking for the Sunday night only and that’s why the rate was lower than the quote of the 3 nights on the phone. I am sorry that you felt the need to post a negative review, after full investigation we cannot find any fault from our site. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and we strive to exceed the guest's expectations. We always endeavour to give the best current rate avaible to our guest.
