Dear 2FSoulChick, Thank you for your recent review of our hotel, as I truly appreciate the feedback whether it's positive and negative as we are constantly trying to improve our property. I am sorry that you didn't have a great experience. We have since upgraded our WiFi and are working on fixing up some of our more dated rooms. I hope that you will try us again when you are in Winnipeg to experience our upgrades. Sincerely

Our hotel has been labeled a historic property by the Manitoba Historical Society and we try to keep the integrity the same as it was back in 1914. I will pass along your kudos to our wonderful staff as well, as they all work very hard to ensure every guest is 100% satisfied. Dear A_M007_chinar, Thank you for your recent review of our hotel, and I am very sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations on your last visit. We are located downtown Winnipeg and unfortunately as much as we try to control the people loitering outside it is a public area. We also are diligent on trying to keep our hotel as clean as possible and sometimes increment weather does play havoc on our lobby area, but we try to stay on top of it as it arises. The other issue that is the most alarming is the front desk agent's attitude, can you supply the date that you checked in? As I would like to check our schedule to see who this individual is so this problem can be addressed immediately. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and I am very disappointed that this could have happened to you during your stay. Please email me your information and I will address your concerns immediately. Again I apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Sincerely
